Our People & Culture
At RiskSTOP Group, our progress starts with our people.
This year, we continued to strengthen our foundations by investing in learning, development and meaningful career progression. From internal promotions to specialist training, we’ve focused on creating an environment where growth feels natural - not exceptional.
We’re proud of our 94% employee retention rate. It reflects a culture built on trust, collaboration and opportunity.
We’re equally proud that 54% of our senior roles are held by women because building a diverse leadership team isn’t a target, it’s a responsibility.
And with over 4,000 hours invested in development, we’ve reinforced something we strongly believe: when people grow, the business grows too.

Autism Unlimited Partnership
One of the most meaningful parts of our year has been our continued partnership with Autism Unlimited.
From volunteering at Portfield School to taking part in the Dorset Plane Pull, our teams have shown what community support looks like in action. Time, energy and fundraising have all contributed to empowering young people on the autism spectrum and supporting their futures.
Across 2025, we supported more than 50 charitable initiatives because giving back isn’t something we do occasionally. It’s part of who we are.
We believe businesses should play an active role in their communities. This partnership is a reflection of that belief.

Managing Risk
Risk management isn’t a headline. It’s a daily commitment.
Across RiskSTOP, our teams delivered more than 27,000 risk improvements this year - practical, actionable changes that contribute directly to safer environments.
With an 88% compliance rate achieved, our focus remains clear: raising standards, supporting clients and protecting the people who rely on the buildings and spaces we help assess.
In real terms, that means helping safeguard the wellbeing of nearly 267,000 people nationwide.
Behind every inspection, assessment and report is a simple purpose to make things safer.

Protecting What Matters
Underinsurance remains one of the most significant risks facing property owners across the UK.
Through RebuildCostASSESSMENT.com, we assessed over £110 billion worth of buildings in 2025 - identifying £40 billion in underinsurance that could otherwise have left property owners exposed.
At the same time, our desktop-led approach avoided over 5.8 million miles of travel. That’s the equivalent of travelling around the world 235 times.
Protecting property and reducing environmental impact don’t need to be competing priorities. This year, we demonstrated how they can go hand in hand.

One Culture. One Purpose.
We’re proud to be a place where people can be themselves.
Different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives aren’t just welcomed — they’re valued. Whether championing neurodiversity, supporting wellbeing initiatives or encouraging personal development, our culture is shaped by the people within it.
It’s this shared sense of purpose that connects everything we do — from safety improvements to community partnerships.
Because while our services protect buildings, our culture supports the people inside them.

Looking Ahead
"If 2025 has shown us anything, it’s that steady progress creates lasting impact.
We’ll continue investing in our people, supporting our communities, strengthening safety standards and helping clients protect what matters most.
Because for us, impact isn’t about a single year. It’s about building something sustainable - together."
