As HR & Social Responsibility Associate Director, I work with six companies based in Dorset and Somerset with employees throughout Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Reporting to the Board of Directors, I enjoy contributing to the strategic direction of the Group. 


I am proud to be a trained Mental Health First Aider and a Befriender Volunteer for the incredible charity Dorset Mind and as someone who believes in social contribution, I adore working with the RiskSTOP Group. This is a place where lots of energy, being results driven, focused and having a genuine positive vibe, is highly valued. HR is my profession, PR and event management are my passions and most of all, I love people!

Data Administrators are responsible for providing administrative support. They play a vital role in ensuring that the business runs smoothly. ​The role of a Data Administrator is busy and varied and excellent attention to detail is required. Candidates need to have good IT knowledge & good keyboard skills, be able to communicate effectively and professionally and prioritise their workload. A great Data Administrator should be enthusiastic, confident, self-motivated and a good organiser.

Our dedicated and experienced Risk Management Advisors provide one to one, unscripted, knowledge based assistance via telephone and email. Candidates are required to have good IT skills and accurate typing skills. A fantastic Risk Management Advisor will have outstanding communication skills, be a great team player and have the ability to use their own initiative.

 Risk Management Advisors

Risk Consultants have sound knowledge of industry, industry codes of practice, regulatory requirements and relevant legislation. Candidates must be able to quickly identify and analyse critical details in complex situations and be able to explain relevant information clearly and concisely. A great Risk Consultant will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate. Consultants must be able to solve problems, adapt to change and have fantastic communication skills to strengthen relationships with our clients.

Risk Consultants

Survey Co-ordinators are responsible for managing the diaries of our Risk Consultants as well as our clients’ Risk Consultant diaries. A Co-ordinator effectively communicates with their allocated Consultants understanding their working patterns, work volumes, skill sets, geographical locations and our clients’ expectations.  A great Co-ordinator will have outstanding communication skills, be able to prioritise their own workloads and pay attention to detail. Good IT and keyboard skills are a must.

Survey Co-ordinators

Assessors play a key role in the production of Desktop Rebuild Cost Assessment Reports for our clients. They are highly skilled in online property searches using an array of internet based tools, as well as our bespoke internal systems. Assessors need to have an excellent eye for detail, knowledge and understanding of the internet and have the ability to prioritise work due to varying client service standards.

Our Intranet - IRIS

To enhance the collaborative and engaging environment we have across our offices we have built our very own interactive social intranet called IRIS.


IRIS allows our team to be connected with each other virtually, to share ideas and information, congratulate each other on a job well done, to be social and share personal events and for us to be able to share business updates.


Connecting with each other and being transparent is embedded in our company culture and IRIS has strengthened RiskSTOP Groups sense of community.  But it’s not all business!  We also have regular competitions and lots of fun and games on IRIS.
