Overview

Survey Co-ordinators are responsible for managing the diaries of our Risk Consultants as well as some of our clients' Risk Consultant diaries. 

 

A Co-ordinator effectively communicates with their allocated Consultants, understanding their working patterns, work volumes, skill sets, geographical locations and our clients’ expectations. The role of Co-ordinator is busy and varied and their responsibilities include building and managing relations with their allocated Risk Consultants.

 

Our Co-ordinators are required to work to deadlines and manage their own workloads accordingly. Good IT and keyboard skills are a must, as well as having a friendly, enthusiastic and professional demeanour.

 

A great Co-ordinator will have outstanding communication skills, be able to prioritise their work, pay attention to detail and be incredibly well organised.

"I started at RiskSTOP Group in 2010 as a Risk Management Advisor, assisting Policyholders in completing Risk Improvements following their Survey. I am now a Surveys Co-ordinator and I really enjoy the role. I currently have 9 different Risk Consultants who I have to arrange surveys for from all over the Country. Everyday there is a different challenge, whether it be dealing with Broker or Policyholder queries, or planning the best routes and areas for the Risk Consultant to be within the allotted timescale.

The role is both telephone and email dependent and I really enjoy being on the phone as you get to speak to a wide variety of people. My team is excellent and everyone pulls in the same direction and is willing to assist.

RiskSTOP Group is a great place to work. There are plenty of rewards within the workplace and the office is a great environment.
