Assessors play a key role in the production of Desktop Rebuild Cost Assessment Reports for our clients. They are led by our Chartered Surveyor (RICS) team in producing an industry trusted assessment of building rebuild costs.

Our Assessors are trained in-house to become highly skilled in online property searches using an array of internet based tools as well as bespoke internal systems. They produce reports for our clients providing a full breakdown of calculations, building measurements, pictures and maps.

Our Assessors are required to meet targets, be highly organised and have high levels of accuracy.

Assessors need to have an excellent eye for detail, a good understanding of the English language, knowledge and understanding of the internet and the ability to prioritise work due to varying client service standards.

"Being an Assessor is both fun and challenging. I have learned so much about what goes into construction and property. You need an eye for detail and patience for data gathering. Overall, it's a fascinating role, especially for anyone who is a bit of a property enthusiast.
"The RiskSTOP Group as a whole is a really good company to work for and they always look for opportunities to treat their staff well."
