We’re celebrating a big achievement for Kelly Haynes, Rich Narramore and Amy Lillington, who’ve each earned the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership.
This respected qualification builds practical leadership skills—like recruitment, resource planning and operational decision-making—and helps managers lead with more confidence and clarity. It’s designed for those stepping into mid-level roles and ready to take the next step.
Learning while leading
Alongside their full-time roles, Kelly, Rich and Amy took on the challenge of studying while leading. Each of them used the course to sharpen their skills and grow as managers here at RiskSTOP.
“The course gave me a deeper understanding of how to support people effectively,” said Amy.
“It challenged me to take a step back and lead with more structure and intent,” said Rich.
“I use what I’ve learned almost daily, especially when it comes to managing priorities,” said Kelly.
Backing growth across the Group
Danny Lillington, Managing Director at RiskSTOP Group, praised the trio for their commitment:
“This is a brilliant achievement. Kelly, Rich and Amy have shown real drive to develop themselves, and that strengthens the whole business. Supporting growth like this is part of what makes RiskSTOP a great place to work.”
Their success is part of our ongoing focus on developing talent from within, with more colleagues already following their lead.
Well done to all three!
