From working full-time as a Trainee Surveyor to stepping on stage at an international bodybuilding competition, Kelly Buck has shown what’s possible when passion becomes part of everyday life.

In the latest People at the Heart podcast, Kelly talks about her journey into bodybuilding and how it fits alongside her career at RebuildCostASSESSMENT.com.
Kelly explains how she first turned to the sport as a way to rebuild her confidence. What started as a personal challenge soon became a passion, giving her both structure and a sense of achievement. “Stepping on that stage gave me such empowerment for myself to know that I just did that, like I did that all on my own.” she shares.
That dedication has already led to impressive achievements, including a GBO pro card and fourth place at the 2023 Texas World Championships – all while continuing her professional role.
Kelly also reflects on how small changes in the workplace – like flexible working hours – can make it easier for people to stay active and look after their wellbeing. For Kelly, this kind of support helps balance career and training, and she believes it could benefit anyone trying to live a healthier lifestyle.
