It’s a year for career development at RiskSTOP

2022 is proving to be a year for career progression at RiskSTOP Group, with almost 1 in 10 employees being promoted.

Martin Neale has recently been promoted to Surveys Manager for the South region

Our strong performance and growing workforce has opened up more supervisory roles in particular, with Abbie Davis, Amy Lillington, Becky Wood, Chelsea Papasideris, Frankiee Dyer, Liv Peterkin and Stuart Spearing all having been promoted into brand new Senior or Team Leader roles within RebuildCostASSESSMENT.com.

Career opportunities are not just opening up in the property valuations division of the RiskSTOP Group. Becky King, for example, has progressed on to a Senior Surveys Coordinator role for RiskSTOP Surveys Ltd, while Martin Neale has become a Surveys Manager for the South region.

'Employees flourish' Martin told us: “I’ve worked at RiskSTOP for almost 5 years as a Risk Consultant and I am really excited about this role. It’s great that I’m being supported through a programme of training and I’m very much looking forward to learning and growing in my new position.”

Abbie Davis who became a Senior Assessor with RebuildCostASSESSMENT.com in April, said: “I’ve been here two years and being involved with the swift growth of the team has been really special. I love my new role and watching new employees flourish and grow with us is the best part of the job.”

RiskSTOP Group HR Manager Natalie Joyce added: “Career development is really important to us and I am thrilled we’ve had the opportunity to promote so many of our team this year. Of course, when people move onwards, this also opens up opportunities to recruit new staff to fill their positions. So, if you’re looking for a great place to work that believes in career progression, get in touch.”

We’re always seeking new superstars, so if you would like to have a discussion about working with us please contact natalie.joyce@riskstopgroup.co.uk.
