Several team members at RiskSTOP Group recently achieved the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Award as a part of a continuous skills development and training initiative.
Rachel Geeson, Jayde Grantham, Laura Heal, Debs Elmes, and Adam Barrett from RebuildCostASSESSMENT.com and Gabby Bennett, Tom Allison, and Becky Allison from RiskSTOP all achieved the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management through their studies with Bournemouth and Poole College.
The ILM Level 3 Award focuses on key management skills, including understanding leadership styles, performance management, and managing change. These newly acquired skills enable our team leaders to effectively develop further within their roles.
Jayde Grantham shared her experience: “When I was given the opportunity to take on this course, I was excited to get started. From what I’ve learnt, I feel better equipped with practical tools and techniques that I can apply in my role daily. The support from the team at RiskSTOP throughout was incredible."
“I feel more confident in my day-to-day.”
The ILM course and qualification was introduced in 2022 as one of the many training programmes available at RiskSTOP.
Danny Lillington, Managing Director, said: "We're incredibly proud of our team's achievements and ongoing commitment to development. Investing in and supporting our staff's development is very important to maintaining a forward-thinking and innovative workplace. By encouraging continuous learning, we not only enhance our team's skills but also improve the quality of service we provide to our clients."
