RiskSTOP Group has been recognised for 'having an outstanding approach to mental health awareness at work.'
We're incredibly proud to have won the ‘Mental Wellbeing and Awareness’ category at the Dorchester and Poundbury Business Awards 2021. The award aims to 'highlight businesses that demonstrate outstanding commitment to mental health awareness in the workplace' an area which RiskSTOP Group has been investing in heavily over the past four years.
Since 2017, all staff have received mental health training helping them recognise the signs of pressure, stress and anxiety in themselves and their colleagues. However, this is just the tip of the iceberg. RiskSTOP Group has also trained a small team of Mental Health First Aiders within the business, has an employee assistance programme aimed at supporting the wellbeing of staff and has funded thirty places on mental health awareness courses for employees of other local businesses and charities.
