RiskSTOP Group's Danny Lillington named Leader of the Year at Spotlight Awards

Danny Lillington, RiskSTOP Group’s Managing Director, has been named Leader of the Year at the 2026 Spotlight Awards, recognising his outstanding leadership and unwavering commitment to people over the past 25 years.

Held at Somerset House in London on Thursday 25 June, the 10th annual Spotlight Awards brought together colleagues from across Group to celebrate exceptional achievements from throughout its global businesses.

This year's awards attracted an impressive 1,395 nominations, which were narrowed down to just 45 finalists across 13 categories. Danny was one of five finalists shortlisted for the prestigious Leader of the Year award.

The award recognises individuals who inspire their teams, provide clear direction and lead with integrity, resilience and purpose. The judging panel praised Danny's exceptional leadership during his 25 years as Managing Director, highlighting not only the success of the business but also the culture he has cultivated.
