RiskSTOP Group has invested in a brand-new multimedia studio space and team breakout area to support the way we communicate and our new hybrid way of working.
In recent years, in-house production of video interviews, explainer animations with voiceovers, client webinars and podcasts have all become a big part of our marketing and communications approach. The addition of what we’re calling ‘The Studio’, with appropriate sound-treatment and equipment, will help us take our production quality to the next level.
As we’ve now moved to a hybrid model of working, we’ve also brought our team breakout area 'The Oasis' right up to date to create a ‘get-away-from-it-all’ space for our employees – a space that sits somewhere between work and home.
The dining area has been totally modernised and can now double up as a meeting room with video conferencing. There’s a café style area for plugging in devices and catching up on social media and a gaming area with the latest console. Comfy sofas mean there’s somewhere to suit every kind of mood.
Overall, the new Oasis and Studio represent a major investment in both the well-being of our team and our brand.
Danny Lillington, RiskSTOP Group Managing Director, commented: “Our plan is also to share these unique spaces with others locally, to support them in providing mental health training for example. This will be offered entirely free of charge to organisations like NHS and Citizens Advice.
“A lot of hard work has gone into developing the Studio and Oasis and it’s worth noting we’ve only used local suppliers and tradespeople to complete the refurbishment. I have to say, they’ve all done a fantastic job.”
